By using AI Code Router’s website and API you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of the service. You may use the API and related tools for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malware, or abuse our systems or third-party providers. You are responsible for your use and for the content you send through the API. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for operational or legal reasons.

Billing. Usage is billed according to our pricing. You are responsible for keeping payment methods current and for all charges incurred under your account. Refund and dispute policies are described in the account and billing documentation.

API and availability. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers may have separate SLAs. We may change the API or pricing with notice where required.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the period giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
